Spc. Albert R. Jex

Army Spc. Albert R. Jex 23, of Phoenix, Ariz. was assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas; He died Feb. 9 2009 in Mosul, Iraq, of wounds sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle.
