Army Sgt. 1st Class David J. Todd Jr. 36, of Marrero, La.; assigned to the Afghan Regional Security Integration Command-West, Herat, Afghanistan; died Aug. 20 2008 in Bala Morghab, Afghanistan, of wounds sustained when his unit was attacked by enemy forces using small-arms fire.

This is and has been a beautiful gift in Memory of our son, who gave the ultimate sacrifice August 20, 2008, when he came to the aid of 12 brother in arms.
These photos of our son gives you a glimpse of our wonderful son who loved life, his family, God and country and serving his country and giving the ultimate sacrifice to protect our Freedom.
This gift we have received and are thankful for this Tribute in our son’s memory.
