Jeffrey’s brother Kevin died by suicide on June 21, 2003. After Jeffrey’s funeral, their sister, Melanie, said to her mother, I never thought I would be an only child. This time last year, there were three of us. Now it’s only me.

Graham 24, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky died of injuries sustained from small arms fire and an improvised explosive device attack in Khalidiyah, Iraq. He was assigned to Company C, 1st Battalion, 34th Armor Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, Fort Riley, Kansas. Died on February 19, 2004.
