Lance Cpl. John B. Breen, age 23, from St. Francisville, IL died on March 15, 2009 while on active duty with the United States Marine Corps. He was with 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division based out of Camp Pendleton, CA.
