Marine Lance Cpl. Michael A. Schwarz, 20, of Carlstadt, N.J. was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, N.C. He died November 27, 2006 from wounds sustained while conducting combat operations in Anbar province, Iraq.
